		Q Who provides the Chocolate and dips etc.? A: Chocolate Coates provides all the Chocolate, dipping foods and sticks – your requirements will be discussed before the event. Q: What Chocolate is used? A: Luxury Belgium Chocolate by Callebaut is used. It is available in Milk, Dark or White. Callebaut are producers of High Quality Coca and Chocolate product. The chocolate is known as a couverture chocolate simply put - it has a high cocoa content. Q: Is other Chocolate available e.g.. Organic, Flavored or Kosher? A: Yes. For your special requirements please get in touch. To give you an idea here are some examples; Luxury Belgium Venezuelan Milk Plain White Caramel Lemon flavour & colour Orange flavour & colour Strawberry flavour & colour Hazelnut Cappuccino Organic Dairy Free Kosher Kosher - Organic Kosher Pareve Diabetic Fair Trade Other options by request! Q: What Foods can be dipped? A: The only real limit here is your imagination! The most common dipping foods are strawberries, bananas, most fruit, doughnuts, marshmallows, profiteroles. The only rule of thumb is stay clear of foods which will disintegrate easily like raspberries. Q: How will the Staff Be Dressed? A: The Staff will be dressed appropriately, logo or no-logo options. Q: Do you add oil to the Chocolate? A: No we don’t. Q: Can the Fountain be used Outside? A: It is important to maintain a steady temperature. Therefore the fountain can be used in a marquees as long as it is enclosed. Insects can be a problem if not enclosed as can drafts. Any other questions please contact us

	What we need to help supply the Fountain For your event A sturdy level table capable of holding 68kg (150lb) 13 amp power supply. A table cloth to match your colour scheme. A Bin to for skewers and Napkins Everything else is brought by us. An experienced trained member of staff will set up and run the Fountain during your event. We are fully Insured Registered. Risk Assessments etc. by request. Sephra Approved
